Ok, my Paypal problem is all worked out now. What happened was: I recently changed our Paypal account over from a personal account to our business account. Unfortunately, I forgot that the new bank account would have to be verified by Paypal. So, I had to go through Paypal's account verification dance all over again. DOH!
