Hello,

I have a server from EV1 I use for my various businesses I have, and I am selling hosting accounts to help off set my cost.
So how do I keep from being a scrub (Or a bad host)??
I see you guys talk about over selling and unlimited this and that, but what else do I need to know.

Care about your customers.

Be Honest.

These are a few things I look for in a good host and I'm fairly certain my customers do too.

Extreme laid it out pretty well. Just provide the friendly helpful type of support for your customers and be there when they need you to help. Be very honest. If you can't provide the 24/7 support, then don't say you provide it. Treat your customers more like friends than customers and they'll love you. ;)
