Also, I little more detail about the machine:

Currently in a Chicago DC. The machine was used for about 3 months by client hosting gameservers, however, he went out of business as I mentioned earlier.

The machine is in a white Antec Server Tower Case with 4 fans for cooling. We have never had any problems with this machine.
