i'm considering signing up for stormpay. I was wondering, is it like Paypal where the other user has to have an account to send you money or is it like 2checkout, etc.. where you have a form that allows clients to enter their credit card details in?

If you go to there FAQS page all yoyr questions will be answered there, it has 10 different payment methods and is us based only, hope that helps

It is exactly like paypal except a little less verification on bank accounts ;)
