just use ibplanet.com ... unless you want a custom skin

then use http://www.fusefour.co.uk/ ... i think that's the guy that does all the ibplanet skins (i think..)

I run a design company, but I hate doing skins for IB.

not only one person designs skins for IBplanet, people just submit skins theyve made and want to share with the public.
