I know theres paypal. But people need to have paypal account to make a payment. It can really limit the customer base.

Yeah, I really wish to send paypal payments you didnt need an account....it scares customers away as is...

Ah well, not much you can do there. We'll be getting eCheck capabilities soon too. That way, we can also accept check (duh). Great feature to have.

If you didn't notice, another online method is eCheck, it's done through a payment gateway.

We have had some interesting expeirinces .
Our best customer is in another country (go figure) and it took awhile for the check to clear (even though it was certified and had RBC as the local processing agent it had to go through manual authorization and verification).
That being said , with checks once they clear you dont have to worry about charge backs and other stuff that you do with CCs.

If so, they won't be in business very long or it won't be "free" very long. It's more of a matter of who pays and how. You will either pay on the front end (setup and monthly fees), the back end (discount rate and transaction fees) or your customer will be paying in which case you'll have hidden "costs of doing business" in the form of lost revenue because you have many customers that will go elsewhere for the services or products you offer...

PayPal is my favorite! You can use anyone you perfer tho! Glad to help!
