Hi,
I just did a design template for a hosting company which I'm putting up for sale.
You can see it at http://www.tribby.com/template/template.gif
Everything you see is included with the exception of the picture of the Raq -- I just took that from the Cobalt webpage to give an example of what a picture would look like there. Remember, it's just this one page that's for sale, not an entire site, but I've commented all of the HTML so it will be easy for you to make other pages out of the template.
I've tested it under IE and Netscape on both a Mac and a PC, and it works like a charm.
If you're interested, it would be best to send your offer to me at jeremy@tribby.com but I guess PMs through this board would be fine, too. The template will go to the highest bidder.
