How do I change the DNS address of a domain registered through WebHosting.com (http://www.webhosting.com)?

I registered a domain a couple of years ago and have just started a virtual hosting account for it with WeinBar this week. I now need to change the domain's nameserver addresses from those of WebHosting.com's to those of WeinBar's.

I went to the WebHosting.com's Website to do this but could not find any means of doing so. They did provide a link to their support site, ineedsupport.com (http://www.ineedsupport.com), where I could open a ticket. I did so, and received an automated e-mail stating I would soon receive a personal response to the ticket. This was thirty-six hours ago, and I've yet to receive a response. I've tried calling their technical support number (1-888-WEB-HOSTING) several times today and am getting a recording stating that they cannot offer technical support at this time.

I know these are trying times, and I'm not complaining or anything. But I really need to get those nameservers changed.

For all I know, it actually can be done through their Website, but if so, I can't figure out how. If anybody out there is familiar with WebHosting.com and knows how I can do this, please let me know. Even if I wind up having to transfer the domain to a different registrar, fine. I just need to know what to do.

TIA

What is your domain name and we will be able to take care of the rest.. We can look up the WHOIS info and give you the helpful info you need to transfer to your new host

From all of us here at our hosting company, our thoughts and prayers go out those all those involved in the World Trade Center's and The Pentagon's tragic incident.
