I am working in Flash 5 (Soon to be upgraded to Studio MX w/ Flash MX) to create an animation for a website I'm developing. I need certain frames to play EXACTLY when something happens in the music soundtrack. In the preview option "Flash", everything plays exactly when I need it to, but when I put it in my browser (on 2 different speed computers, the frames do not go at the 12fps specified, and the frames are no longer synchronized with the animation. How can I solve this? Also, is Director MX better suited to do audio/frame synchronization?
Thanks,
Josh

Are you sure you have exported the file again after making the changes?

Yes, I made sure that it was exported again. I need to have the graphics go along with the music - right now, the graphics lag behind depending on the speed of the music. How can I tie the two together? Should I just do a preloader?

that or spread out the frames evenly.
Might take off a bit of the quality but shouldn't be very notable depending on how much the graphics are lagging.

Try going into the sound properties box, and go down to "sync", and change it to stream - That should do the trick.
