My pet peeve: TV newsreaders. Pretty much everything about them.
So I was watching MSNBC just now, and their chief morning twit, er... "news anchor," Chris Jansing introduced a feature story about Sheldon Hawk Eagle (http://www.sioux.org/archive_chey_riv_loss_pfc_hwk_egl.html) of Eagle Butte SD, one of the US soldiers who died in the collision between two helicopters in Iraq a week or so ago.
An unfortunate sad story, but still I had to laugh as it began, Jansing giving the introduction "for that we go to Eagle Butt, South Dakota."
Sometimes MSNBC is my favorite comedy channel.
