I haven't tried to run and manage a RaQ server before.
Is it hard to manage RaQ server?

You also should buy a book and learn to manage your server by using telnet/ssh with unix commands.

Actually, it is probly better to get a rack than any other sever, if you are a newbie. They are cheap, easy to use, and great to mess around with. They are Great for the everyday newbie, with a pre-installed controlpanel, that explains everything. :D

RAQ's are indeed one of the best servers to start off with.
