I tried to restart plesk by using the below command.

/usr/local/plesk/plesk.sh restart

named has been restarted.
MySQL server has been restarted.
admin server has been restarted.
failed to restarted Apache server.
Qmail has been restarted.
stunnel daemon has been restarted.

How do I get Apache server to restart?

I got the problem fixed.

I used this command and found the error.

/usr/local/plesk/admin/utils/my_apci_rst

After I fixed the error, httpd restarted.
