You can select an option it to dissable that feature yes.. But it does not dissable your homepage it only prevents it from being changed. That's to prevent you from going to a site that forcefully overwrites your homepage setting without asking.. You can also dissable the internet setting option from IE to prevent other scripts from changing your settings through IE. You can still configure IE through windows but it just stops IE from doing it. |
