I am curious if anyone has had any trouble getting in contact w/ Interserver.net? I had some final pre-sale questions about their dedicated packages.

I have tried using their HumanClick service from their site and had a few questions answered, but always got kicked off after about 2 minutes or so. I then tried their phone number, and their voice mail box is full. Then I tried emailing their sales department w/ pre-sales questions. Still no response. Finally, I placed an order yesterday for their Dual PIII package after months of reasearch and keeping my eye on these discussion forums. I have received no response even after I placed and order. So I tried following up today through all of their contact channels, but still no response.

I can understand how businesses can come to almost a halt with what has been going on this week, and also with their offices being close to all of the chaos, but I would just like to know if anyone else has had this much difficulty getting in touch with them.

Its good to hear that you have choosen interserver and I too have gotten a server with them this week. I just wanted to reassure you that they are extremely nice people and are very helpful. I have had a great experience with then so far and they have the best reputation on WHT.
Even after the recent events they have provided good support. However its a little slower (e.g. 12 hours response instead of the usual 6.) I do know one thing they don't have everything automated so you did'nt get a message from them when you ordered. It takes them a day or two to setup the server so just wait and they'll send you an e-mail when the server is setup. If you want you can reach them via ICQ# 42499339
