Does paypal allow an option for adding a quantity of the item you sell so you can't ever oversell?

If they don't does anyone know anything that would allow this option?

If you were to integrate your own shopping cart and use the paypal IPN api, you could code a quantity function into the shopping cart software.:)

I think you can do exactly this using the OSCommerce cart which is fee and also works with PayPal.
