I have been signed up at site5 for a while now. Make sites for people, and also most of the time convince the buyers to stick with site5. Probably sent them like 5-10 accounts. In the beggining their services was great.
Lately their service seems to be slacking bad. Right now its 1 in the Afternoon Pacific time, and none of my websites are up. Nor are any of my partners sites on his own account. We are both on the same server. This use to be ok in the night time (use to happen a lot at night), when our visitor levels are low, and we don't do much work. But we are constantly uploading files for our clients and updates during the day. It is a big pisser when you get cut off right in the middle of your uploads and have to suspend work for like 1hr or 2.
Also support service has become slower. Usually they use to answer back in the hr or so until like 5-6 and then u would have to wait for hte next day. Now I pray to god that they answer back within the day, so I can move on with my work.
I have been with hostway before, and VO. While their support wasn't great as site5's was when I initially signed up, atleast I could count on the site to be UP, which right now is very important to me.
I have also noticed that some of my newer clients that have accounts at site5, their sites work and some of the older ones don't.
Anyone else experiencing problems besides me?
