We run a similar plan and have a customer with 480 accounts in his 500MB allocation.

It only pays because we charge $75 per month for it and most of the other users on that box have only 10-20 domains, but if we were charging less it wouldn't make a profit.

How long take to activate an account and, you have you own merchant account to process credit card or are you using one of those credit card processor like ibilling.....

We use worldpay, accounts are normally set up within an hour, sometimes in 5 minutes.
