Okay. This is what I did.

I installed PHP-Nuke VIA cPanel. I really don't know what that error means, and the line on 565 looks fine. Can anyone help me out?

Try installing the latest version of PHP-Nuke manually.

Ditto - Most likely the version of PHPNuke you are using has some old, deprecated code that the version of PHP you are running on your server no longer supports...install the latest version and you should be okay.
