Im posting here because I don't know what else to do. I ordered whnbilling in the begining of Novemeber. After a few days I received an email with instructions on how to download the software. When I tried to go to the URL provided in the mail all I got is the following message:
"Thank you for visiting our website, however we are in the process of rearranging pages and some links may be incorrectly linked. Please allow us a few days to fix all the links.
We hope you like our new website!"
I figured that maybe the page was not active yet so I waited a couple of days and tried again, same message and still no download option. On or arounf 11/12 I sent them an email asking them for the correct URL. Im still waiting. Today I sent another mail but I don't have any hopes for an answer.
Is this the support Im looking forward by using this software. Can someone please advise. I still have a few days before calling my credit card company to cancel the purchase. Maybe it was an overlook in someones part, it happens to all of us but I really need to get this resolve. Thanks all.
