Hi,

Following on from my posting regarding Virtualis a few days back, I've had a few interesting responses, and one in particular seems too good to pass up.

For roughly the same price I pay Virtualis, Charles Baker at cheapservers.net has got in contact and offered just about the same monthly bandwith..but running on a much much higher spec' machine.

As I said, I'm v.interested, but before jumping in, would like some feedback...anyone experienced cheapservers.net and wouldn't mind letting me know how they find them?

THe prices are good...(i htink too good to be true) but the supprt(?) and he has offerd me a toll free support line ( i am in India)..so kinda shows he is serious..but i owuld rellay like some support opnions from current users..

Any knows about their networks?

How much do they charge for offline help?

If you guys would like I can get permission to give out contact information for some people who currently have servers with us. If so just email me at charles@eazyaccess.com I think theres only a handfull of people who have servers with us on this board. But we colocate servers for people all over the world, so im sure I can get you some references.

Also to answer another supports questions, any support where we have to go in and actually reconfigure the machine or setup something new is 95.00/hour, if you purchase a support contract it is 65.00/hour. Toll Free support is availaable to all customers and someone is always available 24/7/365 days a week to address issues such as reboots etc..
