I am looking to buy clipart that we could make available to our customers, for purposes of use in their websites. Do you know of anywhere that this is available. The licensing agreement on all sites (so far), have a "may not redistribute" clause.

We do not want to make the clipart available to the general public, but only our clients. The clipart would not be sold to them, but would be offered for free, if they chose to use it. Our clients would be building their own websites.

My question does not refer to "why" the websites forbid redistributing, as I understand the "why". I only want to know who will sell clipart. I know there must be companies that do this, as AOL, Geocities, Angelfire, Tripod, TalkCity, etc. must buy the clipart somewhere.

I remember there is a software print artist, you can check it has a big collection of clipart and for republishing that cliparts you need to cantact software company. Whats term and conditions

Total CDs of Print Artist are 5. So you imagen how much collection they have..
You can also search cliparts from microsoft clip orgnizer it also have a huge collection
