i have a question for any outsourced tech companies in the forum, owing to circumstances beyond my control i had to leave the country i run my biz in for 2 months and left my company in the charge of my inhouse techs.

However during my absents things just started to gowrong ( especially email - problems in plesk ) so much so that i am raining in charge backs and tickets. My question is how much does it cost to have support for my customers ( 3000+ ) who are on about 5 servers, while i resolve all these issues, i know some companies advertise unlimted tickets, but is this true

will you handle my 200+ tickets pouring in a day while we put the company back in order????

most tickets are the same

1) my email is not working
2) my site is not working etc
3) cant login to my site

I need to fix this asap before i have no company left to rescue

If you go with support make sure you check their background (make sure they will do what they say they will).

Depending on what your rang is in money bobcares does pretty good with support.

Basically outsourcing support groups offer tickets three different ways-per ticket, per domain, and per server in some cases (with limits.

Per ticket, you would expect to pay $1.50 - $3.00 depending on the provider and your volume.

Per domain, $0.50 - $1.00 depending on the provider and your volume.

Per server, around $200.

The above is just for customer support. If you need server administration, that is priced and billed separately.
