Hi,
If you are thinking of starting a hosting business, you will of course need a domain and a web site. I have solved this problem for you. I have got a domain, hostcore.net and a website - both for sale. I made this site, so nobody else will have a similar design.
If you decide to buy this package you will receive:

Registered at: Namecheap
Expires: Wed 03/10/2004
Fully designed and coded never used before website, complete with text and images. (Means that this package is almost ready to use).
You will also receive .PSD, images, files, text and fonts.
You will get unlimited customisations to plans/text, but not to any of the design. The logo is included. Plans are already made so you can use them, or change them to suit you. They are set at competitive market prices - so no alterations are needed.

I am only selling the domain and fully designed website - I am not looking to set up in business with someone. If you need help, I will of course offer it, but I am not a professional host so the server side issues are your problems.
I cannot be held responsible for any thing that happens to this company. As I have said - I am only selling a website and a domain.
