Hello,
For a astounding 8 days, the server I have reported in the header, provided by NectarTECH, has been either down or inaccessible. Something is going on again with NectarTECH, and this must be cleared up.
Anyone remember the power outage that left NectarTECH in bad condition at the eXchange during their move to San Jose? I don't get it, aren't there backup generators in the NOC?
I want this fixed, I want it fixed now.

Just a thought, but perhaps you should approach them with your demands and not WHT.

Have you contacted them to reboot it, or contact them to begin with? This isn't NectarTECH's support ticket system, you know...

To customers of AscendedHost.com:
The server is not "down" but service has been administratively suspended for billing reasons.
Please contact Michael at AscendedHost for additional details. Thank You.

#1-Someone posting about a provider who isn't their direct provider and therefore they shouldn't be compliaining about or to.
#2-People getting suspended for not paying their bills.
#3-People like Nectartech showing a total lack of professionalism in posting private information on the board.

I don't think that shows a lack of professionalism - Nectar doesn't have the direct contact info for AscendedHost's clients, and was responding to a publicly asked question by a client of their reseller.

We posted here to inform any resellers and direct clients of AcendedHost of the situation. We are not having any service issues or related problems.
Again, any further questions should be directed to AcendedHost so they can assist you further. We will not discuss account details with anyone other than the client in question.
Thank you.

-NectarTech You just did disclose account details...the fact that ascended host is a reseller of yours and that they are suspended based on a payment issue. You should not have any contact with their resellers or their clients, here or elsewhere. The appropriate post would have been, "You are not a customer of ours, but of a reseller. You must contact them regarding any issues you might have. We are having no issues with out network or servers."

-Josh Just because someone asks a question publicly, doesn't mean you must respond publicly.

Depends on the privacy policy Incognito.. If I ever begin doing reseller hosting I will have a policy to handle this, Something like this: if a reseller fails to pay their bill and is suspended for nonpayment, they forfeit their customers.
Users don't blame the reseller, they blame the top provider. NectarTECH is just defending their name. If AscendedHost didn't want their information public they would pay their bills.
Just my two cents. :D
