I dont know why, but all my sites, stop informing the disk usage in the cpanel, all of them, says 0 bytes used, and 0 free, does anybody knows why?

When Redhat Upgraded it's security packages it broke that part of cpanel... I would imagine the cpanel folks and/or your host should be coming out with a fix soon.

Ok, just run Inital Quota Setup in WHM and wait for that to finish.
This will fix it.
