If you cannot afford that, you could get a free domain name from http://www.tk with some limitations.

I think it is not a good idea to register domain name for free. Domain cost something in any case. So registar always will restrict you. So register your domain with www.ev1servers.net for $5 or use another domain register. Here are some cheap of them.
