Well.. Right now I am really angry and pisssed off. My server have been suffering problems since the last ram upgrade to 512Mb.. What happens is the server goes down after every few hours... I have been telling the 4webspace guys to do some thing.. but it seems they are doing nothing but wasting my and their time.. They asked me to email and perform other stuff and I did that all..
then they emailed me that I am not co-operating.. I said WTF.. but I emailed there answers..

I have been loosing customers like hell.. but I said once the server would up it would all be fine.. but the server have never been up normal after the ram upgrade... I asked them to replace the RAM and they told me it have been done...

When the server goes down, only a reboot can bring it back up.. but as I am a college student and my coll. comp. lab have some restrictions that we can't access password protected directories so I can't reboot.. so this way I hvae alot downtime..

I have emailed TB several times but no solutions.. Once the 2nd level tech replied me and asked me to peform few commands, I emailed him with the answers but no reply from him yet.. It has been more than 15 days...

Sounds like you have faulty hardware, We had thisproblem it was a switch, just ask them to move your harddisk to a new box it should fix things.

As for 15 days and tera-byte not responding i find that vvery hard to believe but some people can be unlucky with support requests i guess.
