TransOptics just completed a 8 gb/s network with 100% layer 3 routing and we are trying to quickly establish a DS3 user base. Layer 3 routing allows us to control QoS and guarantee SLAs.

We are offering 45 mb/s of access for $3,000/month. There are no restrictions on this access and it is not usage sensitive (except the usual AUP of no spam, etc.). These rates are more than 50% off of our regular rates and will only last until September 30, 2001.

thats without telco charges though....it would end up being much more...for Verizon, I think they charge something like $2200 to get a T-1 line installed.

No way! If you pay $2,200 to have a T1 installed your crazy! Just ask for "Free Set Up" and any Tier 1 provider will give it to you. Other providers I don't know but I know its not $2,200.
