What would be a fair price for a RAQ 4 with 64M memory and 10G drive? This is a new server.

JKLIVIN 09-12-2001, 11:46 AM First off, I would recommend you use no less than 128 Mg of RAM at the VERY least, but I would say $225 a month would be more than enough on a year contract for a company to realize a profit, and also not to put you in the poor house. This assumes a reasonable amount of bandwidth <40 GB of bandwidth monthly. dutchie 09-12-2001, 01:17 PM i think he's talking about buying, not leasing. nudetravel 09-12-2001, 03:35 PM NyteOwl: Cnet shopper (http://shopper.cnet.com) shows a RaQ 4 450mhz/64MB/10.2GB for $1149.95. However, they also show a 450mhz/128MB/20.4GB for $1289.99 - that's a lot of upgrade for $150. There were tons of RaQ's on Ebay - you might check that out too! Seems I was right  |
