Hello,
I have a problem with my cpanel box , when i give an account it's own ip and want to browse it via my browser it doesn't show the site's page , it's always showing that cpanel default green page..

what do you think is the problem?

Double check the zone file and httpd.conf entry and make sure everything relfects the new ip you assigned.

Hi,

with Cpanel machines it takes around 4 hours to propogate onto the new IP.

To avoid this, create another entry in the httpd.conf file for that domain under the old IP address, that will make the domain show up in the browser.

Then, once the domain has propogated to the new IP you can delete the duplicate entry from the httpd.conf file and all should work normally.

sent off a support ticket to Cpanel from your WHM.
