We were with VDI for about 3 months using CPanel and had problem after problem moved to bust Nick fixed all the problems in 1 day..LOL

Point in this is now i go to vdi's site and see a new design and this http://www.vdi.net/news/ these clowns have time to design a new site and new parts but not time to fix there control panel they sell for 100 bucks a month what a joke.. LOL

They have been saying this for 3 months now.. ( During the next few weeks we will be releasing many updates, security fixes and patches. Please report any bugs as soon as possible while we are adding new features and updates. )

Just glad we left and went with nick and BurstNet (tm) when we did.. ( Only CPanel not host ) :)

VDI CPanel users have they made any updates they work in the last month since i let.. Just wanted to see since they do have a new design.. ;) hehe

If they have made update i am sorry for the post but 3 months $300 bucks nothing but problems for us.. Maybe i helped pay for that new design... LOL

Erm, this design is one of the default templates that comes with PHPNuke, which I installed for them.

This thread doesn't even need to exist and it's obvious that you started it to hurt VDI.

No i am not trying to make VDI look bad at all they do that on there own most of the time.. ;)

Just pissed i wasted 3 months with them telling me update coming update coming thats it.. I think users should know how they do things not to hurt them.. I have no problem with VDI its self it there CPanel and the way they say it will be fixed this week, no wait next week, no we mean next month thats all..

Seems they never updated there software and had nothing but problems when i was there for 3 months..

Here is the facts i know as of right now.
1) I paid VDI $100.00 per month for 3 months
2) They said updates coming never did if they did never fixed problems.
3) When they said updates are coming they gave us the run around.

This is all i am saying the facts nothing false here at all.

So i see no reason to delete this post at all.. Unless you have anther reason why..

As for the templates i think they look ok you did a good job.. I have nothing with VDI as i said before i just think WHT and other users should know what happened with there ver of CPanel and i moved to BurstNet and all problems were fixed in one day thats it.. Just facts not trying to hurt any one.. If the facts of this hurt VDI then its there falt right any one else see it this way as well?

Hmm the design vortech is referring too is located at vdi.net that is indeed a new design and has nothing to do with phpnuke, and I noticed you worked for VDI.net now so its no wonder you stick up for them on every thing thats posted, but the simple fact is, its their own fault they have pissed off ex customers.

Since you work for vdi.net perhaps you should stay out of vdi related threads unless you are going to remain neutral.

The PHPNuke templates are hardly related to VDI.

Anyway..Charles, that design does come with the PHPNuke package, and I know that for a fact.

You apparantly didnt read anything i said, if you go to VDI.net and look at the top and side nav bar they are not a template graphics, as they have vdi inthem your referring to the news section of the site, were no talking about that were talking about the fronpage top and side nav bar, and your entire comment about starting it to hurt vdi is what i was referring to, i couldnt care less about php nuke.

Bill did that design, and since he's not the programmer of WebPanel - doesn't matter too much..

If i am not wrong Bill is William right.. Well i remember a little remark he made on this bard i think if i am not wrong a few other do as well made to us..

In around about way if we did not stop letting every one know about the many bugs he would pull our CPanel lic. for no reason better then they did not want or could not fix the bugs. Any one else remember this before the post was deleted??? What a way to run a hosting and control panel co.

Well now does this should like any kind of help to you.. We let him, Adam and both john's know about every bug we found and what the problem was. They would say no problem fix will be out for that in one week this was the first week we signed up. Not 24 hours latter we find about 5 more bugs let them know they say yes we know we are working on it i think they fix one f the 5 that day.. Ok so we went with it.. Week went by more bugs found, 2 weeks more problems and so on. Problem after problem same bull every week from every one at VDI.. Well we are all most done with that update we said would be out a month ago..

Well yea that had an update.. Does any one remember what it was.. A F*cking little image that said WebPanel. They had said a change log would be in that update NOT..

I mean come on all these people paying VDI.net for WebPanel with tons of bug that they never fix.. We moved to DarkOrb ver. and every bug and problem we had was fixed and not one problem since... So what does this tell you and all of WebPanel users VDI must be a little clueless on how the coding of CPanel and how it works..

I know Admin, Bill or who every at VDI did not make CPanel and that all good but if you can't fix it they should of said so not to lead there customers on and on and keep taking there money..

If VDI would of said after the first month NO we can't fix these bugs plus ether move to DarkOrb or anther control panel i would not be making this post and would have no reason to.. But this did not happen..

mkaufman: I am not saying any thing fales or untrue about VDI only stuff they have said to me and have done and i have seen first hand.. Thats all... If this is bad for them then whos falt is that mine or theres... I think we all know that one... LOL

cbaker17: Thanks for pointing that out about the image and stuff that is wat i was talking about not just the news page but that was new as well.. Maybe you understand my point as you don't work for VDI.. ;)

I think the phpNuke thing is referring to http://www.vdi.net/news/ vs. http://www.vdi.net/
