After a site is suspended, I tried to access it with a browser and get a forbidden error.

Is this normal?

I thought it would redirected me to the first site of that ip.

It depends on the Web Management software (like WHM, Plesk, etc).

My account with WHM shows the forbidden message when an account is suspended.

I have another server that just gives a nice error saying please contact Technical Support.

Weird.

After the first site was suspended, it will show the first site of that ip.

After that, it shows forbidden page.

I guess I could make a custom forbidden page for it so say contact tech support.

How about a costom forbidden page that contains a timed redirect to your home page.

Like:

"HTTP 403 - FORBIDDEN

I'm sorry but this page is restricted. You will automatically be re-directed to tech support in 30 seconds.

If you browser doesn't take you there, click here"
