I am willing to pay $60-$80USD/month

I require the worker to have a pager or ICQ or any IM. Must available at all time (15 hours per day online, so if I have problems i can get to you)

No limit resolution hours! Because I understand reinstalling OS and stuff takes forever so if you limit to 6 hours, there aren't enough time for other stuff

Currently I am paying $70, is giving me good service.

Just need one more to serve another server!

Cheetaweb I doubt will even do it for that low. To many requirements here.

I to would be willing to do this, for a extra 0($800/month)

15 hours a day. If I were working on a union job, it would equate to 65 hours double-over time.

Now, if you don't need someone on 15 hours a day, and would instead be alright with say, 15 hours managing your server a month(no questions asked) and the rest of the time "on-call" then I can do that for $250/month.

He didn't say he's USE the services 15 hours a day, he said the person should be around 15 hours a day. Big difference.

Still, to have a person available 15 hours a day, you know how much that would cost? And most respectable management companys have a way for you to contact them in a emergancy 24/7, so I don't see any other reason to have someone "Online 15hrs/day" other then to do work.
