ok so I have the games bought from ebgames and thats all set, now comes a sort of hard part i suppose.

There use to be a cyber cafe here in london that had a program, it runs like this ( windows based of course)

There is a "master" user or like an admin of the network type of deal. The master user has the ability set timers up on each computer on the network ( so someone comes in a pays for 2 hours and when there 2 hours is up it will kick them out etc ). Im not sure if this is making any sense at all but its basically software that will manage the whole network and it will allow users to use the computers for how ever long they pay for.

If someone owns a cyber cafe ( in other topics ive started people have stated this ) can you please clue me in to what kinds of software i need? i need the software to be very secure, in english and at an OK price, although i can pay good money for the right software.

Best regards,
Eddy

Anyone have any experience usnig any of the above mentioned software? Which seems to work best? Cybercage PRO seems to be the most expensive.

Cyber Cafe Pro is pretty much the standard, according to most consultants that know the business, but I would assume they all work the same. Time management and and POS mixed into one, I consider ~$500.00 for 15-20 machines more then reasonable. Just as a comparison, when my parents owned a video store it cost them upwards of $2000 for the software and another $1000 each year for support ;).

Antamedia Internet Caffe (antamedia.com/caffe) is top selling cybercafe software in the world. Unilimited licence cost just 369 USD and their support (which is perfect) is included.

There's no software that can beat this performance and reliability and we have tested all available.

whatever

Not sure what they use but Easy Internet cafes (http://www.easyinternetcafe.com/) have a great automated system. Might be worth a look :D
