I've been hosting my websites ub3r.net and swerl.net with unitedhosting.co.uk for 8 months now, and i've gotta say, the service has been outstanding, I have never been with a better host, and with the level of expertise that matt, simon, and the rest of the crew hold in managing their servers, i haven't had to file a support ticket in 4 months!
If any of you are looking for affordable, high quality service, and support, I recommend you go with http://www.unitedhosting.co.uk . It will be a decision that you won't regret.

I moved to UnitedHosting after disaster times with dot5hosting (I seem to recall 6 days without my site :angry: ).
Since moving to UH in June I have had outstanding service. As the bandwidth demands on my site have grown, I have been upgraded quickly and efficiently.
I cannot speak highly enough of United Hosting's service. You'll see how furious I was with dot5hosting a few months ago - UH have restored my faith in webhosts.

after dot5 nightmare and many fights with support i singed to UH same time as you
now it`s like having a personal administrator. i had only one problem and it was answered (and solved) 5 mins later!
there are even announcements about rebooting a server !!!

Always nice to hear good reviews (and have a few extras chime in). Just goes to show that this industry does have good people in it that care for customer concerns.
If we could recommend other web hosts here without having used them, United Hosting is one I'd always put near the top of my list, just from Matt's contribution here.

I have to agree. Stability has been awesome (rarely seen an outage, and if i do, it's probably once a month for a couple of minutes probably for a reboot). I havn't submitted a ticket in months because there's no need to (well, i hardly use my site other then for email, but that's beside the point).
