We will soon be offering a Live Telephone Technical Answering Service. We will answer your phone 24x7x365 with a personalized greeting and take a detailed technical report of the problem your user is having and e-mail it to you.

We can either answer your phone full time, or just when you're not available (no answer forward).
Also, we can answer sales or generic calls as well.

The price will be 99 cents per "call", NOT per minute.
No monthly fee. No minimum amount of calls.

Does this interest anyone? Any questions?

This sounds interesting, but I have a few questions

How many people answer the phones?
Any type of a guarantee the call would be answered?
How do you know where the call is coming from, so how do you know how to answer the phone?

Do you have a website?

That sounds like a great idea! I would have love having that when I was a web host owner!

We are currently not offering it, but plan to within the next few months. We have to see how much interest there is before we start this idea up.

The phone system that we would have would be able to determine the number that is called.
