I am a newbie owner of a RaQ 3. I have a problem I hope you can help me with. I apologize for the length of the message but I thought being thorough might help me get a quicker response:

Background

DNS set up - (I have only one IP Addr)

Machine is set up (in the network settings) as Host: ns Domain: mydomain.com Primary NS: myIP Secondary NS: Colo NS IP

I went to my registrar and pointed DNS for mydomain.com to ns.mydomain.com. Waited for DNS to propogate.

I added a virtual site mydomain.com to the RaQ as per instructions. Added DNS records as per instructions.

Input www.mydomain.com to browser, got placeholder. Yay!

So my virtual sites list in CP looks like:

ns.mydomain.com ==> My IP
www.mydomain.com ==> My IP

I created user for www.mydomain.com.
Created webpages, ftp'ed to ftp://www.mydomain.com/web/

Input www.mydomain.com to my browser, still got placeholder. Huh?

Ftp'ed back in to www.mydomain.com/web/ and could see the files I uploaded.

Hm. Ftp'ed files to myIP/web/ logged in as admin.
www.mydomain.com still brings up place holder.

telnet to /home/sites/site1 (www.mydomain.com)/web/ and I can see the files.

Am I doing something wrong? Please help!
