There prices look great, But I would like to know if the plesk software is fully customizble? or are there any hosts our there that use them?

Also, besides the things Ive heard about them losing money, are there any other bad things about em?

As far as I know Plesk software is not too customizable or at least not easily, I think you can change the look and feel of the control panel but not by much.
