I don't think anybody can give a relatively accurate quote unless we know how many pages this site would be?

What we need will be two pages created. One is the homepage and the other is the "template" that we will use for all of the other pages. The homepage needs to be created from scratch and the other page will be used over and over again through the site.

We already have most of the content but we just need a new layout. Some of the sites that we like are www.skynetweb.com; we would like to have our design somewhat similar (but not identical) to their site. We would like to have a similar "feel" but with entirely different content.
