When I log into my Raq4r admin page and check the CPU status I get the following:

15 minute CPU load average is 0.00

This is hard to believe since it's usually been around .10 to .70. WHen I ssh in and type uptime, I get something other then 0.00.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Your RAQ is fine, you should be happy! :)
Server load is almost impercetible
