If any of you have recived an unsolicated fax that looks like the one below from a company called Neveda Benifits, hang onto it. Each one could soon be worth up to $1,500.00. I, along with several other plaintiffs have retained the services of Edelman, Combs & Latturner, LLC in Chicago, IL to file suit against them under the telephone consumer protection act.

I havent seen the complaint yet, so I dont know who will be in the class - I dont know if this is going to be a nationwide case or not.

This makes the second major class action in which I am lead plaintiff in concerning junk faxes.
