I'm looking into sharing it with three other persons who want / need the benefits of a dedicated machine without the hassles.

What I can offer is:

3 Gb of space;
12.5 Gb / month of transfers with extra b/w at $2.5 per Gb;
Perl;
Whatever you need installed within reason as long as you can provide installation instructions or know how to install yourself;
Up to 3 sites / domains.

Cost would be $50/month to be paid by credit card only. Note that this on a dedicated machine. I only use three domain names and very little resources. Note that I'm not a hosting service, nor am I promising anything I can't deliver.
