www.datapacket.net is actualy www.brinet.net THE BIGGEST FRAUD in the net. DONT TRY TO HOST YOUR SITES WITH THEM: their business is criminal!!!
At the "Company info" of DataPacket.net you can read this: "is a global leader in Internet communications solutions offering a comprehensive range of Internet services to business customers worldwide. Providing Internet access, Web hosting, remote access and other value-added services" .... but the same text you can read into 156 other hosting sites!!! I typed this text into search engine YAHOO and i found 156 other sites with the same text as datapacket wich became, that even the text is stolen .. you can try it but dont forget to put (") This is not the only text is stolen.... all text is stolen, because you will finde all text into many other "fake" hosting-providers. This means the Company Datapacket is not a company really- there is no billing-service and no sales-service, no support and the server is always down ..... there is only one thief, who wants to make himself rich this way. The trick is when you notice that the service is not working is to late. The costumers pays and after they notice that it was a fraud, they cansel the registration, but is to late, beacause the thief called "DataPacket" already charged the credit card. DataPacket`s target is to take the money from the people, without offerin anything. He is getting cash without selling anything, and thinks the people are far away and they wan`t complain for only 50 $. ... 5000 frauds for a month makes 250.000 $ without selling anything... this man belongs into jail!!!!!!!

The service does not work, and when you ask for support you will get nothing ... there is not support even after weeks!

My suggestion: you better give the money to GreenPeace ... will be much better

Damn!!! i thought i am the only one who was a victime submitting services of DTP. This Company is not a really Company... there is only one man behinde who is trying to get your money.. that`s all. I was only twho weeks member and it was a horror. If

I asked him 17 times via email for support and i got no answer! At list i wrote him email and said him, that he have only 24 hours to answer my email, and if he does not, i will contact my creditcard company and ask them to get my money back. 30 minutes late he cut my account and. That means he was always online but not giving support... he just waiting for new victims.

After that i wrotte in many hosting-sites where you can rate the hosting sites, that DTP is a fraud. Signed with my email Adress jimmy_carian@hotmail.com ...... You know DTP have done?!

As i signed up to DTP, i gived my Login and password ... the same one as i have at my hotmail account ... he HACKED MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT!!!!!! It was easy to try for him if i use the same password for my Hotmail account ......

Hope you learned a lesson and will not use the same login and password next time.

Note: I am sure the credit card company will help you to get your money back. All the best.

Huh? I don't see how such a scam could work. Don't most of us pay via credit card? If the product is not what it is claimed to be, you just dispute the charge. A bit of hassle, yes, but if this fellow gets enough charge-backs, he won't be a VISA merchant for long, or have a third party payment collector for long.

I was wrong once, maybe I am again ?? :stickout

A Few Things.

This guy apparently calls every company he deals with a fraud see this link here (http://forum.colahost.co.uk/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=34&FORUM_ID=2&CAT_ID=1&Topic_Title=This+is+FRAUD%21%21%21%21%21%21%21&Forum_Title=General+questions ). People should look up what the term fraud means from time to time as it is seriously misused on this board for one. We have rules that jimmy could not follow nor understand. All this outlined in his signed service contract. We have simple rules and guidelines for service, if people can not follow or understand them well they should not enter into a contract with our company.

M6 do you find it amusing following every DPN thread posting such self absorbing comments considering you are one of the few other windows providers on this board.

As always have a Great Day!

No not all. I don't remember if I have made any comment on dpn before. I didn't comment anything in favor of or against of any one. In fact my comment was on the situation.

You found my comment self absorbing, but I tried to make a general comment warning everyone not to use same login and password.

Have a good day :)

As always have a Great Day! Sorry, I don't see how M6.net was attempting to degrade you.
He did point out a password lesson and offered condolences to cariani.
You seem annoyed that a client had a bad experience with you and wanted to share that.
It doesn't matter if the bad experience was due to his negligence or not. He feels slighted and has a need to vent.
You did yourself no favors by posting the above statement IMHO.

Degrade or advertise.

Don't harp on it.

Actually yes it does matter. We do not appreciate being called a fraud because this guy could not abide by our rules of service which he agreed to. Venting, I would not call it that.

Sure I did. Did you.

I have a few problems with this thread, the general nature of it more than the opinion of the thread starter.

Fraud is generally reserved for someone who is tricked into giving money or cheated out of what is rightfully theirs. Saying the 'business is criminal' is beyond saying they do not provide you with support. Calling the owner a criminal might even be libelous, but it is not something I'm involved with, so I can't pass judgement on it either way. The same text on many websites is a copyright infrigement at best.

One person can start and run a company, whether they do so *well* is not something I'm going to debate as I have no experience with DP.

If you did not receive satisfactory service, you should first attmpt to obtain a refund from the host, and if that fails, call your credit card company and request a chargeback. You are welcome to post your experiences here and elsewhere, but I suggest you do so in a professional, well thought out manner. Explain what happened, and what didn't happen.

I'd be surprised if anyone takes the post seriously.
