Hello,

Does anyone know a link or good information concerning WHM and Cpanel. I need at least a decent walkthrough.

My new staff is having a problem with our new signed up "Managed" dedicated Server, the support provided is piece by piece... and at this rate it will take us months to even fugure out how to setup an account...

I guess we just need to know how to setup the DNS, Reseller Account, hosting clients..etc.

If there is any such support, please let me know, I am willing to pay if necessary.

Although demodemo.com is not meant to be a free resource site, if someone happens to need to watch a few tutorials for their own use, I have no objections. Where I do have a problem is when hosts try to send their own clients to my site for support rather than buying their own tutorials. But clearly, in this case, that is not an issue.

WHM is 'overwhelming' at first, but a careful time spent looking through each section will explain a lot. Everything is fairly well explained, and, as mentioned, you have the docs at CPanel, and Vito's pretty movin' pictures. :)
