Opinions, comments, problems Sesran 09-09-2001, 11:37 PM In the wake of the latest Revecom problems, I picked 2checkout. Any questions I have had with them have been answered withn an hour or two. I love the Custome page setup too. Not to mention that they are based solely in the US. webservices 09-10-2001, 08:15 AM I have been using 2checkout for 3 months now after my previous billing company decided to stop their service. I am very happy with 2checkout's. Their customer support is very good. Haven't had any problems!! Ashley MilkMan 09-10-2001, 11:03 PM Looks like Revecom decided for me as their buy links are not working tonight, from 6pm to 10 (cdt). Either on my site, other ppl's site or their merchant control panel. Hmm...talk about lost sales... zbco 09-11-2001, 07:04 AM After reading all the present problems revecom has been having, I am glad that they did not accept my application when I tried to sign up a few months ago. (Malaysia). cactus 09-11-2001, 09:12 AM When I applied to Istabill, they had some restriction for some countries (Malaysia is one of them). Then I was deciding on Revecom but was a bit confused with their system, checking some of the old threads on cc processing, I found 2checkout which was suitable to my needs and after a few emails to them. I signed up and I am sure glad I did. Anyway hopefully Revecom can resolved their problems. Nordic 09-11-2001, 05:06 PM Revecom or 2checkout? To me the answer is none of the above. I have an account with Revecom but my customers can't pay, they are getting errors all the time. This puts me in a bad situation as my reputation gets hurt. So time to leave them... Also, have been trying to buy from some sites that uses 2checkout. What a drag, slow connection (Interland) takes almost forever to process, actually so long that an server error occurs. So no sign up for me with them, just doesn't feel good. So, what will I do, being a non US based company? Right, I will incorporate in the US so I can get a real merchant account and use authorize.net or eq. Should have done this from the beginning, these companys like the ones mentioned here is just not good enough, even fooling people to sign up to a weak service. Just my dime... Nordic Then what you use now??? Nordic 09-16-2001, 04:19 PM Lah_Lah, at the moment I'm afraid it is Revecom, however only until the set up of our us based company is complete. Then we will go with authorize.net. Nordic |
