From what I have heard, They arnt to good.(dont hold me on that) But you might wanna check out Http://www.rackshack.net for more banf for your buck!;)

I've used them before. Like Creid said, they are not good. The server I had was a 128MB RaQ3. The problem is that their network is very congested and my RaQ (with no mySQL, CFM, or PHP) would ping at 170 and above. At one time, I was getting 1150ms pings from it, and I'm on a E1 cable line. I would recommend that you use Rackshack (who I use know). If you are going to need a lot of support, try 4webspace.com.

Let me be a fairly reliable source of information

I was with CobaltRack many months ago, they sucked badly.

BUT they recently came onto WHT having performed a major network reconfiguration and BW upgrade.

They were amazing, VERY FAST, they had some good support guys and the server was easy to configure.

I dont do this often but I would recommend them as a host giving the major network upgrades they carried out.

They gave me a RaQ to trial out for a few days to make me happy, and yes i can admit, I was happy with them.

Where are Cobaltrack support on sunday???
