I try to install Neomail at a raq.
The install says i need suidperl on my server to be able to run it.
I guess i don't have it because the setup.pl won't run and gives a server error.

What is suidperl, is it installed by default on my raq, and if no, where do i find it ?

Well whatever it is, i must have it, because i made the setup.pl run (turns out you have to run it in telnet duhh).

Now for the next problem i need a newer version of cgi.pm, i found a recent one at
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/L/LD/LDS/CGI.pm-2.77.tar.gz

Can i follow the install instructions on their page ? or do i need a different route because i'm updating the old cgi.pm ?
