I am about to create my first website...lol I've finally come into the 21st century...very funny since I surfed the web before netscape came out using gopher and lynx (for you techtards :P)...but getting back to point....

I need to create a site for a shareware application that I am about to release. It's going to be a very simple site...about five pages...homepage...Screen Shots page...Download page...Register page...and contact page/faq page.

I don't really need anything fancy so I was thinking about using the SiteBuilder software from yahoo if i use them for my webhosting.

Are there any shareware/cheap commercial software that is similar to the Sitebuilder software?

I'd like to create something like the following site that I saw on here:

mainly something simple and nothing too fancy for a beginner.
