Does anyone know of any good Control panels aimed for a reseller.
So i could have the main control for the reseller, the reseller gets a CP for his clients, the client gets a CP for his POP3 etc..
Any ideas??

A reseller can not choose which CP they use. They use the one that comes with the plan.

a free but not finished one: WebCP
check: http://webcp.can-host.com
I think resellers would prefer WHM.

cpanel/whm probably would be your best bet. vdi has some good deals on it. i would probably go with burst though, i've had some problems with vdi
i dont know if burst is really any better though, i may purchase a cpanel license from them soon and test them out

I meant that I wanted to setup a reseller package, i.e. selling a reselling plans to other clients so they can resell them.

I think Plesk would be far better then Cpanel.
ALso Plesk is very solid for setting up plans

After looking at the new Plesk demo it looks like its the one for me!
Opon getting a dedicated server, is it just a case of installing Plesk and thats it?
..or is it not that easy

It seems their are a few advocates for Plesk (as shown by Joe above). I haven't used it personally so can't comment on it. I have used CPanel though and while it does what it's supposed to do, it's far from the most fool proof system. I use the Alabanza panel and find it a solid dependable beast, if far from being able to customized. Alabanza as an upstream is akin to having the Reaper with his clammy hand on your shoulder poking his sickle in your back at every turn, but the panel itself is good (possibly the shining point of their existance). The upside is customers don't have to deal with Alabanza themselves so are happy with the panel, and therefore are happy customers.
From using that to having access to CPanel I've found the added features they have is a poor substitute for a disturbing 'loose' feeling the panel produces from the backend and the quirky errors that seem to go no-where. To me it feels like driving a car with the wheels only half screwed on.

H Sphere 2, http://www.psoft.net/ has a customizable reseller control panel, as well as one for the parent company and end user.
Worth looking into.
It's beginning to sound like I work for them, but I don't. It just happens to be the best product I found that offers three levels of control panels, billing software, trouble ticket software and reseller set up. Almost forgot, it also hooks into OpenSRS for domain name registration.
It is similar to Alabanza's control panel but offers more features. It also gives you the control while Alabanza always keeps control of their control panel.
Plus it's a one time fix cost per domain instead of $1 per month like Alabanza.
Maybe I should ask them to put me on their payroll. :D

Plesk is the right choice. Take it from a Linux newbe that their support has helped me so much. I can tell you that the panel is very clean and stable and once I figured out what I was doing everything made perfect sense in the interface.
The new PSA v2.0 software gives your resellers the right to create and resell domains and provides a laundry list of very kewl features that come pre-installed.
Just on their support alone I would say Plesk rules and should be your choice but when you throw in the rock solid software it is a no brainer.
You might check out their online forum and talk to some of the other users. You will understand what I mean if you do.

you should specify the windows control panel or linux control panel.
