If someone could help me clear something up that is really confusing me Id really appreciate it. When you have a domain, and want to change the owners (like sellign the domain to someone) do most registrars charge a fee? Or can I just change the whois record to the new domain owner and thats all?

Some charge a fee, some don't. If the information is not on their site, I'd email and ask to be sure. I'd say one of the better hints though would be to see if you can change the info yourself (as with OpenSRS registrars, etc.).

I think someone said stargate allows changes, I know enom and opensrs do as well. Not sure on all the others...
